Feeling very lucky to be working with The Great Annabel Karmel. Annabel has released a 25th anniversary edition of her number one bestselling book Baby and Toddler Meal Planner.

I will be recreating a selection of recipes from the anniversary edition and giving you all the gorey details and taste tests with Ned over on my Instagram and insta stories @deehollhan. Here on the Thoughts, Tots and Tea website I’ll be posting the details of every recipe we cook and Ned approves of.

This is our first from the bestseller and it has gone down a treat so most definitely is TODDLER APPROVED!

Disclaimer – ingredients are what I used and had to hand in my kitchen and may not be exactly to Annabels recommendation.

Ingredients:

1 skinless and boneless fillet of Hake

The  juice of one orange

1 handful of grated cheddar (covering the fillet)

1 teaspoon of parsley

Margarine for greasing

Method:

Preheat your oven to 1800c/3500f/Gas 4

Grease the oven proof dish generously with the margarine.

Place the fillet of hake in the greased dish.

Squeeze the juice from the Orange in to the fish.

Place the cheese and parsley on top of the fillet.

cover with foil.

bake in the oven for 20 minutes

Annabels suggestion add 25 g of crushed cornflakes on to the fillet with the cheese and parsley.

I served it with baked potato and broccoli. Ned devoured it!

Enjoy
