Food Glorious Food!!! None of my personal weaning post are going to be advising you on what age, when you should start or what you should be weaning your child. Weaning is totally up to you I’ve two children to worrie about and thats plenty for me to be making decisions for. You decide for your own.
Orange warnings, red warnings, rain, hail, snow blizzards, feed the birds, save the water, pray for heating, find the food and lose your mind. The week was a mixed bag to say the least.
Following on from my last piece which was a list of my lotions and potions for the boys that I won’t live without. This piece gives handy parent hacks in using them to there best and getting around potential battles with the toddlers! Lets face it when it comes to parenting there’s always a battle worth avoiding 😛
You’llYou might never need them but I always have them in the press. Most of these I was totally unaware of when I had Ned and learned the usual way from other mums recommending them or running to the chemist and asking the pharmacist for advice. I put together a hamper for my best friend when she had her first baby in July and all these tinctures made an appearance. Some are not suitable until three months old and some are just for emergencies and some I still use daily with Ned in toddlerhood.
My top 10 Toys are all toys that were actually worth the purchase! Good value, hardy, stood the test of time and bar the real small baby stuff are still being played with months later. If it’s on the list it bought me time, a cuppa, maybe even a solo toilet break, hell when he was a very small baby maybe even a shower!!
She wants you to text ahead and arrange a visit on her terms at a time that suits her. Child birth and becoming a mum first time, second time, eight time is overwhelming and comes with an enormous feeling of total lack of control. So naturally being in control of when and who she spends her time with is hugely important. For me this time I’m also considering Ned and how much disruption there will be to his little life all of a sudden so that too will play a part in when and who I want calling.
I really appreciate this company the branding and the women behind it. They just appeal to me from start to finish. They didn’t just wake up one morning and decide to go into business, no these sisters have got the experience, knowledge and education to produce an effective and unique product with a touch of class and luxury!
The Stork Box is many things but above all it’s a very helpful tool for supporting women who want children, are having babies and have kids. Basically they got you covered from fertility to bump to bibs!
